I just got off the phone with the breeder. The weekend after this is when the litter will be able to leave the nest and start tearing up someone else's home. As a repeat customer and a frequent referrer, I get the pick of the litter! It doesn't hurt that I've been hounding (no pun intended) the poor woman for about 8 months either.
Tess is still the name in the lead, but who knows, I might just pull something out of my rear at the last minute.
Forgive me in advance for posting a ton of pictures of the little critter!

I like the name Tess for a doggie. Of course I am the total dork who named my dog Gage since he was my engagement dog. Yep, I am that lame.
Tess is so southern and so Adam.
Very cute and thanks for the coin tossing site. That's awesome.
Truth time - I loathe Mardi Gras. I hate parades, I hate the smell, I hate it all. I know - sad. If I could go out of town every single solitary year for the last weekend of MG, I'd do it in a minute.
Gage...your husband is obiously a smart man. Get her a dog to distract her from having kids, for a couple of years anyway!
Sadly I use www.babynames.com everytime I have to name an animal. I just wish I could name them spot, woof, or spike. But noooo, I have to spend weeks coming up with a name, that I'll prolly never use since they always end up with nicknames like "brother bear" (my friends pitbull Bowser) and "chowchow" (my old cat Chadly).
Bet you can't wait for your new pup!
Only comment is the issue of having the name more than one syllable, which "they" say greatly helps during training. Do post lots of photos.
